The best route is via the Pune-Bangalore Highway (NH48). Drive towards Satara, and then follow the signs for Thoseghar. The drive takes approximately 3-4 hours, depending on traffic. Many private and state transport buses also ply from Pune to Satara.</li> <li><strong>From Mumbai:</strong> The distance from Mumbai is around 280-300 kilometers. Take the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, then continue on NH48 towards Satara. The journey typically takes 5-6 hours.
